Ann Gibson is recorded at St.
Phillips Parish in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England on 9 November 1828. She is the daughter of James Gibson
and his 1st wife,
Elizabeth Reynolds. Notice that one of the witnesses is James Gibson. This is
likely Sarah's father. Does anyone know who Sarah Smith might be?[i]

Jan, the only guess I could think of for Sarah Smith's relationship would be the spouse of James Gibson. But that is from my Scandinavian family history background though and may not be accurate. Best of luck in your searching! Melanie
